Heartbreak Club: A Support Circle for Healing from a Breakup (Copy)

Breakups can leave you feeling unmoored, tender, and unsure of what comes next.

Heartbreak Club is a therapist-led, inclusive support circle where you can bring the full reality of your experience — including the grief, anger, relief, and confusion that can come with the end of a relationship. While you’ll learn gentle tools to support reflection, coping, and healing, the heart of this group is compassion and knowing you’re not alone as you move through loss.

Who This Group Is For

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Are navigating the emotional aftermath of a breakup or relationship ending

  • Want a supportive, therapist-led space to process your experience

  • Are looking for compassion, connection, and validation — not pressure to “move on”

  • Appreciate gentle tools alongside shared reflection and community

  • Identify as LGBTQIA+, queer, non-monogamous, or want an inclusive, affirming space

Who This Group May Not Be For

This group may not be the best fit if you:

  • Are seeking intensive trauma treatment or crisis support

  • Want a highly structured, skills-only or advice-driven group

  • Are currently in an active safety crisis that would be better supported through individual care

  • The support group takes place virtually. A link will be emailed to you after signing up.

    Attendees can be located anywhere!

  • Attendees must be over 18 years old.

  • There is no cost to attend. We encourage you to make a donation if you are able.

The group is led by Molly Stanley, LCPC, CSTIP.
